• Access Tokens: System User Access Tokens used to authenticate API requests on your behalf.
• Message Data: Incoming messages and customer phone numbers processed via Webhooks to enable chatbot functionality.

3. Data Storage and Processing

We utilize secure cloud infrastructure to store and process your data:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Used for hosting our application and processing Webhooks.
• Redis & Supabase: Used for secure storage of session data, access tokens, and user logs.
• Google Sheets: May be used for logging lead inquiries (as mentioned in section 1).

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data or Platform Data to outside parties, except:
